  • Hand Weights in a few different sizes
    • Lighter weights for upper body exercises
    • Heavier for lower body exercises
  • Exercise Bands like CLX bands or other resistance bands with handles
  • Booty Bands
  • A Step (can be just one step in your house)
  • Additional Items (Optional)
    • Foam balance pad
    • Step box
    • Kettle bells
